Tusko is open-source software provided under the license published with its source code. Self-hosted users are responsible for operating, securing, backing up, and configuring their own deployment.

AI-generated suggestions can be incomplete or incorrect. Review suggestions before relying on them, and do not submit sensitive information to an AI provider unless your organization permits it.

Hosted availability, support, retention, and service terms are set by the operator of the instance you use. These terms do not override a separate written agreement with that operator.
